National Museum of Industrial History Receives Education Grant from Capital BlueCross

BETHLEHEM, PA – The National Museum of Industrial History is pleased to announce that Capital BlueCross has awarded $2,500 in funding through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program to the Museum’s youth educational initiatives. This support will provide access to meaningful STEM and social history learning opportunities for public school students in the Lehigh Valley community.

“At Capital BlueCross, we are proud to be an active community partner and lend our support to local cultural and educational resources like the National Museum of Industrial History,” said Capital BlueCross President and CEO Gary D. St. Hilaire. “We strongly believe in giving back to the communities we serve, and this is one of the many ways we do that.”

“The Commonwealth’s EITC program is a great way for businesses to help the Museum provide quality educational experiences,” said Kara Mohsinger, NMIH President and CEO. “Through the generosity of Capital BlueCross, we are able to deepen students’ understanding of our local and national industrial history and inspire future generations of inventors and innovators.”
