Girl Scout Program: International Women’s Day
March 7 @ 10:00 am - March 8 @ 5:00 pm
The National Museum of Industrial History is celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Women’s Suffrage throughout the month of March by unearthing the stories of women inventors in our collection. Opening weekend, March 7-8, will bring to life the changemakers of our past through live interpretation, and celebrate local women leaders of the Lehigh Valley with hands-on activities, performances, and story times throughout the day. Girl Scouts can follow a museum curated activity sheet and receive a Women’s History Month fun patch on their way out.
Troops or individual scouts can reserve a spot for this program by emailing Amber Emory, Director of Education and Community Partnerships, at firstname.lastname@example.org
